Previous work: Primary school teacher and full-time mama.

Favourite plant & edible plant: I love growing edibles and harvesting them with the kids, especially carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. I also love to grow flowers for cutting such as sunflowers, protea and salvia.

Interests/hobbies: Gardening, running, family time, yoga, painting.

Gardening tip: Get your kids involved in the garden – it’s such a fun and educational activity that can keep everyone entertained for hours. There’s so much variety to touch, smell, taste, climb and discuss.
